Numerous organisations in Metropolitan Perth and WA advocate for the improvement and wellbeing of Western Australians in order to strengthen the community services sector that supports individual clients. CLAN WA
Strengthens family life by encouraging healthy relationships, effective parenting, support networks and community participation.
Community Legal Centres Association (WA) Inc.
The peak organisation representing to 29 Community Legal Centres (CLCs) operating in Western Australia. It is committed to the principles of human rights, social justice and equity, including the rights of Western Australians to equity in access to legal services.
Centrelink.
Managed under the authority of the Department of Human Services. Centrelink delivers a range of government payments and services for retirees, the unemployed, families, carers, parents, people with disabilities, Indigenous Australians, and people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, and provides services at times of major change. The majority of Centrelink's services are the disbursement of social security payments.
Life without Barriers.
Life Without Barriers is a national not-for-profit organisation working to support children and young people in crisis, people with a disability and those with a mental health issue.
Health Consumer Council WA.
An independent community based organisation, representing the consumers' 'voice' in health policy, planning, research and service delivery. The Council advocates on behalf of consumers to government, doctors, other health professionals, hospitals and the wider health system.
Ngala.
Assists parents with young children who need support and advice to confidently manage the challenges of early parenting. All families with children from babies to school age are welcome at Ngala Family Resource Centre.
Parents without Partners WA.
Provides support, and social outlets for adults and children who are experiencing the changes associated with becoming part of a single parent family.
Playgroup WA.
Playgroup WA has been supporting, servicing and establishing playgroups throughout Western Australia since 1972. They provide support for families with young children to have fun and learn together through play.
YMCA of Perth.
Delivering professionally designed programs in recreation, accommodation, child care, camping, youth and family services.

National Council of Women of WA
The National Council of Women of Western Australia has supported a wide range of social reform activities, particularly those related to education and to women’s, children’s and family welfare.
Women's Council for Domestic ad Family Violence Services
The WCDFVS is a state-wide peak organisation committed to improving the status of women and children in society. The role is to provide a voice on domestic and family violence issues that facilitates and promotes policy, legislative and programmatic responses relevant to women and children who have experienced domestic and family violence.

Disability Services
People with Disabilities WA.
PWD(WA) is the peak disability consumer lobby group in Western Australia representing people with disabilities –
physical, intellectual, psychiatric and sensory. PWD(WA) provides a range of services from its office. Services include
advocacy, information and referrals, community education and lobbying.Developement Disability Council of WA.
Provides a co-ordinated and united voice of service providers, other organisations and individuals advocating for the rights of people with developmental disabilities and their carers in Western Australia.
Western Australian Association for Mental Health.
WAAMH is the peak mental health representative body in Western Australia for non-government not-for-profit agencies that operate for the benefit of people affected by mental illness. WAAMH supports and encourages the development of the non-government not-for-profit mental health sector for the benefit of people affected by mental illness.

Housing Support Services
Department of Housing
The Department provides public housing for those in need, when in need; affordable land and housing opportunities for those on low-moderate incomes; assists with housing finance through Keystart; provides rental assistance; and provides government employees in regional areas with quality homes so that they can deliver the necessary services to their communities.
Shelter WA.
An independent community based peak body committed to the principle of accessible, affordable, appropriate and secure housing for every person. Shelter WA focuses on people who have low incomes or who are otherwise disadvantaged in the housing market. This includes people who are homeless or who are at risk of homelessness.
Mission Australia Housing Limited.
Mission Australia Housing Limited provides affordable housing to individuals and families on low to moderate incomes.
